The title of this book, Evolution Shot Full of Holes With Four Irrefutable Arguments, is a bold one. It will likely raise a few eyebrows. With so much controversy in the evolution/creation debate, is it possible to provide "irrefutable" evidence against evolution?

The word "irrefutable" does not imply a mathematical proof, as in geometry. Rather, an irrefutable argument, according to The American Heritage Dictionary, is one which is "impossible to refute or disprove; incontrovertible".¹ You have likely heard the phrase, "proven beyond a reasonable doubt". This phrase was used on the 60’s television show by the never-lose-a-case lawyer, Perry Mason. Likewise, with a legal flavor, Evolution Shot Full of Holes will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that evolution as commonly taught today does not explain the origin of life. The arguments against evolution are too stark, too reasonable, and too scientific to be untrue.

Many people are committed to evolution because the alternative--a divine Creator--is simply unacceptable. Richard Lewontin, a leading evolutionist and critic of the creation view said, ". . . materialism is an absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door."³ The evidence within the following chapters is overwhelming and irrefutable to those who are willing to set aside their personal presuppositions.
